These Open Enrollment courses are offered online in an instructor-led virtual classroom environment. Enrollment is limited by class size. The course schedule is outlined below.

During this hands-on, half-day course, you will learn how to use the Metrics and Scorecards tool to develop and leverage Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) across your organization. You will use KPI tools to view the metrics that have been identified as the most important indicators of mission success and organizational performance over time.
You will learn scorecard functionality that allows you to report the status of your organization’s KPI’s. Scorecards facilitate easy access to corporate and group KPI’s, thus helping maintain focus on objectives.
You will use Metrics tools to access and modify Metrics views including editing dimensions and using view filters. You will identify bad actors and other areas that require attention. You will then analyze performance and costs based on various criteria, such as location and manufacturer, as well as, view results in tabular and graphical formats.

This one-and-a-half day interactive course will provide attendees with the knowledge and skills needed to use Meridium Asset Strategy Management to build and implement strategies at the Asset, System, or Unit Level.
Attendees will learn how to build Asset Strategies, which are collections of Actions performed against an asset in order to mitigate Asset-related risks. After building and improving an Asset Strategy, participants will implement some of the associated Actions within Meridium Enterprise APM. Course participants will also learn how to use basic qualitative risk analysis to evaluate existing plans and determine whether they should be updated to manage risk more effectively.
Attendees will also learn how to optimize investments in Asset Strategy Resources to meet ever-increasing capacity demands using qualitative analysis methods. Participants will learn how to optimize Asset Strategies from Asset Strategy Management (ASM) using Monte-Carlo simulations, failure distributions, manage associated risks via risk matrices to develop and validate their organizations asset strategies as an invaluable tool to justify the most appropriate asset strategy.
